Frequently Asked Question

  1. What do I need to bring to class?
    1. Socks are required for grown ups and their littles as a standard practice to reduce the transfer of dirt, germs, and bacteria, promoting a healthier environment for all visitors.
    2. Signed waivers are required for all attendees and can be signed prior to or at class here
    3. Baby Massage only – please bring a swaddle to lay your little on!
  2. What’s included with a class pass?
    1. Class registration includes 30 minutes of open play before and after scheduled class time for exploration and social interaction. For instance, if you sign up for a 9AM class, doors open at 8:30AM for check-in and open play. Class ends at 9:30AM, followed by open play until the next class starts at 10AM.
  3. Can two grown ups come to class with the little one?
    1. Certainly! You’re more than welcome to bring two adults to class. That’s why we call it a Family Pass! We believe in the significance of developmental relationships in a child’s life and the positive effects they bring. Should you wish to bring more than two adults, please reach out to us via phone or email so we can ensure the class remains comfortable and spacious for everyone.
  4. What happens if I miss a class after registering?
    1. If you don’t attend the class or don’t cancel within 24 hours of its start time, a No Show or Late Cancel Fee of $10 will be applied. To avoid this fee, please cancel your class through your account or by contacting us at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time.
  5. Are you hiring?
    1. We’re always on the lookout for fantastic teachers and staff to join our team! If you’re interested in a role at The Happy Place, we’d love to hear from you. Just shoot us an email with your resume and cover letter.
  6. I have multiple children. Can they attend the same class?
    1. Absolutely! Please check the recommended age groups when you bring them. I come from a family of 5! Could you imagine my mom having to pay for each of us to take the same class!? Signing up for a class means you are signing up for your family and their siblings. Just give us a heads up on how many, hwo (and ages), we should expect for that class. We hope this blesses families of multiples!
  7. I am a caretaker/nanny of littles from multiple families, can they attend the same class?
    1. In this case, each family group should purchase the slot for their own family members, and if there is just one grown up accompanying multiple littles from different families, that is OK!
  8. Do you take walk ins?
    1. Reservations are recommended, but you are always welcome to drop by and see if class is in session!
